OBJETIVO: en caso de incendio forestal en el valle pinoso, plan de rescate de los cuatro burritos de la finca EL PARRAL, DISEMINADOS 19, PARTIDA REALET

Partida Realet de Orxeta, salir de la carretera Orxeta á Finestrat CV-758 al lado del puente del rio Sella. Continuar 1.5 kilometros en el valle hasta llegar a la finca El Parral, ubicada directamente en frente de la antigua cantera Peña Negra.

GENTE CLAVE EN ORXETA: Dominic, Tito, Gali (son la lista de voluntarios para ayuda en caso de fuego, con numeros de telefono compartidos entre todos nosotros pero no aqui en pagina web.)

VETERINARIA EQUINA: Cristina Gené. Si atención necesario, la veterinaria podria atender los burritos en la finca de Bart.

BURRITOS: PLAN DE RESCATE

1. Cabezadas y ramales (x4) y llaves para las puertas de burros y a la carretera desde El Parral estan en el BARRIL AZUL en frente de puerta de acceso a los burritos.
2. Poner cabezadas y ramales en los burros con puertas cerradas en caso de panico de ellos y escapan.
3. Preferable que la gente con experiencia de caballos coordinan esto (Dominic, Tito, etc.) porque puede ser peligroso cuando los burritos tienen miedo.
4. Ruta de rescate subiendo la carretera asfaltada hasta en camino en frente de la casita de Gali (ves postes y cadena)
5. Continuar bajando hasta el fin de este camino, casi al rio Sella, unos 15 minutos andando.
6. El chalet de madera de Bart (el belga con tres burros) será claramente visible. Abre la puerta y entra la finca. Ata los burros a los árboles a la derecha de la puerta. NO LOS PONGA CON LOS BURROS DE BART.

Los voluntarios que vengan de Orxeta y / o Finestrat en coche podrán aparcar los coches en el terreno de Bart (entrar por el cruce en T de las carreteras principales de Orxeta / Finestrat / Sella y descender al nivel del río, cruzar el cauce del río y girar a la derecha en la señal «CASA GRANA» De allí subir el mismo camino de la ruta de rescate, hasta la casita de Gali, girar a la derecha para bajar a El Parral. ESTE PLAN ES PARA NO PASAR CON COCHES EN LA ZONA DE FUEGO, NI MOLESTAR BOMBEROS SUBIENDO LA CARRETERA DE PARTIDA REALET.

Orxeta to Finestrat main road CV-758: leave this road at junction next to the bridge over the river Sella. Continue 1.5 km through valley road in Partida Realet. El Parral is situated directly in front of the old Peña Negra quarry.

KEY PEOPLE IN ORXETA Dominic, Tito, Gali (are on volunteer list for help in case of fire with telephone numbers shared within the group but not published here on the web page.)

KEY PEOPLE IN FINESTRAT: Carl, Cait (can provide additional help in case of fire.)

EQUINE VETERINARY: Cristina Gené. If needed, should attend donkeys after moving, at Bart’s location to provide sedatives if necessary.

DONKEYS: RESCUE PLAN

1. Head collars, lead ropes (x4) and keys to the donkey field gate and gate to road from el Parral located in BLUE BARREL in front of donkey field gate.
2. Head collars and lead ropes should be put on the donkeys while the gates remain closed, in case of panic and escape.
3. Preferable that people with horse experience coordinate this (Dominic, Tito, etc.) because it could be dangerous when the donkeys are afraid.
4. The escape route is up the tarmac road 300 metres to the track in front of Gali’s casita (you will see a chained entrance.)
5. Continue down the track almost reaching the river Sella, about 15 minutes walk.
6. Bart’s wooden chalet (the Belgian with three donkeys) will be clearly visible. Open the gate and enter his land. Tie the donkeys to the trees at the right of the gate. DO NOT PUT THEM WITH BART’S DONKEYS.
7. Vet Cristina Gené to be called to provide medication/sedatives if necessary at Bart’s house.

Volunteers coming from Orxeta and/or Finestrat by car could park cars by Bart’s land (enter from T-junction of Orxeta/Finestrat/Sella main roads and descend to river level, cross river bed, and turn right at sign «CASA GRANA». From there go up the same track as described for the donkey rescue route, to the place of Gali’s casita, turn right on asphalt road to descend to El Parral.

THIS PLAN AVOIDS DRIVING CARS IN THE FIRE ZONE, ALSO AVOIDING OBSTRUCTING FIRE ENGINES ON THE ROAD THROUGH PARTIDA REALET.
